The Sector Based Employment Training Programmes are a comprehensive employability programme aimed at preparing candidates for specific industries. The programmes consist of four weeks training, led by experienced trainers and Industry specific training partners , who deliver a variety of employability workshops and industry-relevant accredited courses. Once the training phase is completed, our aim is to get candidates into work placements or to access employment aligned with their chosen sector.
